Andrea is RED’s Customer Service Manager responsible for managing quantitative projects – estimating market size, shopper habits and attitudes, concept and product testing. In addition to addressing quality at all stages of the research process, she has a holistic view of clients’ business problems, which allows for the addition of secondary data and benchmarks to studies carried out.
With an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo (PUC-SP), she has 11 years’ experience at large research companies such aslbope,Nielsen, and TNS, where she has built strong expertise in Fast Movlng Consumer Goods - FMCG.
Karina holds an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences with a major in Sociology and Anthropology from Unicamp and a Masters in Anthropology of Organizations from that same institution. She has 17 years’ experience in Market Research with projects carried out in a wide range of businesses. As Director of Customer Services and later Executive Director at TNS for nine years, she built the FMCG - Fast Moving Consumer Goods section, focusing primarily on Innovation and Branding projects.
She was co-author of the book Reinventing Financial Services, together with Roger Peverelli, a benchmark for the financial market following the 2008 downturn, focusing on the consumer tendencies that emerged during that period. She enjoys thinking in depth about customer problems and is never satisfied with the obvious, Always seeking a fresh view of difficulties and opportunities, she strives to focusa consultative approach onto projects undertaken by REDS, especially in the FMCG sector in which she has specialized in recent years.
Nadia is RED’s Customer Service Manager responsible for managing qualitative projects in various business areas. She holds an undergraduate degree in Tourism and a graduate degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. She began her career in tourism and entertainment, then was introduced to market research and it was love at first sight. She has been working for over eight years in research at consumer product companies and various research firms, offering as a point of difference her commitment to and involvement with clients’ strategies.
